“Beginning of a beautiful story” – a note on the title page that creates an idyllic mood and adds a perfect touch to modern houses, nicely placed in front of the magnificent panorama of Kaunas city. This project has required careful pastel touches of the artist and convenient website management solutions. We have also made it possible to launch the project in stages.
While creating a logo, we tried to dissociate ourselves from the obvious illustrative representation of the project name (“Park Houses”) and search for forms and symbols, supplementing the name. The set of developed icons perfectly matches the theme of park and nature.
This project connects the city and the park. Beautiful surroundings of the area simply obligated us to follow the nature theme, therefore, pastel green and brown colour tones predominate the colour scheme. We have given each building a name of trees growing nearby. We paid a lot of attention to create convenient apartment search function and easy administration panel. Website is adapted for announcing new construction phases as well.
Adaptation of the website to mobile devices is considered to be an essential part of creating a modern website. We also adapted the apartment search function.
Based on the style, dictated by visualizations, we created a luxury booklet about the first construction phase of the project. In the booklet, we have provided the project description, previous experience of the developer, floor and apartment plans, interior visualizations and other important information.
